I typically start this off building 3 or 4 Decay, since this is a Decay primary with Energy support, and then use sacing for resources and energy siphon to build up energy while suppressing the opponent with heavy poison.  Using blast strike on harvestor or pest dissimulator and peircing projectile on pest is always fun and annoying for the opponent.  You can also build up more decay with dark strike for a short boost.
